FAQ on Tracking
Can I search with a BL Number issued by another carrier than Euro-Express?
You can only trace an Euro-Express shipment, for which you have a valid container
number. We have no knowledge of other carriers’ shipments, now are we privy of House
BL numbers assigned by NVOCC’s.
Is the last move displayed always up-to-date?
Euro-Express Tracking System results are for reference only. The latest movement
od the container displayed is not necessarily the latest physical movement of the
cargo. For more information, please contact your local Euro-Express agent.
Can I obtain an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival)?
We can offer the ETA of your next planned container move with an excellent level
of accuracy. Unfortunately we cannot yet provide a constantly reliable final delivery
ETA. This feature is currently undergoing development and testing.
